Consumer Product Safety Commission, we are voluntarily recalling the Hopper M20, Hopper M30 1.0 and 2.0, and SideKick Dry products sold between March 2018 and January 2023. Product Recall: Hopper M20, M30 1.0 and 2.0, and SideKick Dry They spoke to the hotel also and verified that they had no rooms to accommodate us because they had a wedding and were booked and since that room clearly wasn’t what i had booked or paid for i was told i’d receive a credit within 3-5 business days. Terrible! Don’t Book through Hopper unless you want to get SCAMMED! I am still trying to get my $200 back over a Year LATER!!!!!!! I booked a suite online for 3 guests and when we checked in - i got a double bed and a chair when it was supposed to have 2 queens and a pullout couch! There were 3 of us so i immediately called Hopper who I spent HOURS talking to. Total Scam App! Don’t book with this app!! Wow!!!! I ended up staying an extra day but utilized Price Line and of course a different hotel lol I told them my experience with Hopper and Wyndham and they comped me a room in a four star hotel and said we appreciate you coming back to us, You’ve been a great customer for years! How about that for great customer service! Of course my bank as well but after reading reviews all over the internet - maybe I ought to cancel my credit card and get a new one issued as I see many people got extra charges on going. I contacted Corporate office for Wyndham hotels as well to let them know which is a big client I’m sure. The receipt from the hotel etc everything they needed to make it right - No resolution. Customer service requested my bank proof which I provided showing all the transactions. I arrived at 11pm and checked out before 11am at a two star hotel I might add as nothing else was available nearby. The next morning I checked my bank statement and saw that the hotel charged me for the room, Hopper charged me as well for the room with two extra charges and then the hotel charged me 50 more dollars for incidentals and I never got that back either. I booked a Wyndham hotel with them in Chatsworth/Dalton, Georgia for an overnight business trip.

Litigation will be coming soon Hopper, you can’t continue to scam people and get away with it. Pay the extra and book with the airline directly. THEY HAVE YET TO FIX ANYTHING and ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS NOW! Absolutely a scam company. We tried for 6HOURS TO UNLOCK SND NOBODY HELPED US! We WERE STUCK BUYING 5K$ FLIGHTS BECAUSE THIS USELESS COMPANY IS INCOMPETENT AND LIARS. WE WERE ABANDONED BY HOPPER! The airline wouldn’t help us without going through HOPPER. so we book another flight to Galapagos last min$$$$ -on our way back home with no reception in the jungle and boats we can’t get home due to HOPPER LOCKING OUR RETURN FLIGHTS!!! -so we call at the airport (6hrs early too) WE COULDNT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE TO UNLOCK OUR FLIGHTS AT 10am on a thursday!!! WE WERE TOLD ONE THING GIVEN THE RUN AROUND AND WAITED FOR NOTHING. I was given a poor itinerary for a layover of 1hr in Mexico (also the app didn’t warn me of this) we got stuck in customs and missed our flight. 0 stars DO NOT USE THIS SCAM SITE! You will lose money if you have ANY UNFORESEEN ISSUES.
